Manufacturer Price Increase Announcements
Due to sustained cost pressures across raw materials, transportation, and manufacturing, industry manufacturers have announced new price increases. These increases are scheduled to take effect as announced varying by manufacturer and product line. Refer to each manufacturer’s announcement for complete details.
Polyglass Notice of North America Price Adjustment – Effective June 1, 2026
Polyglass will implement specific product category price increases on Base and Cap Sheets, Underlayments, Mastics and Cement between 5% and 8%, also on spray foam products at 15%, and a freight increase per truckload effective on June 1, 2026.
Atlas Price Increase Announcement – Effective June 1, 2026
Atlas ACFoam and EnergyShield Polyiso Price Increase Notice – USA, Canada, Mexico
Effective with all shipments beginning July 1, 2026, Atlas will be increasing prices up to 8% on all ACFoam® roof insulation and EnergyShield® wall insulation products and increased freight surcharges will also be effective June 1, 2026. All existing project quotes will be honored to the specified expiration date.
IKO US Commercial Pricing Announcement – Effective July 1, 2026
IKO will implement a price increase for the TPO and TPO Accessories product categories by up to 7% and increase freight surcharges. Orders shipped on or after July 1, 2026, will reflect the updated pricing, regardless of when the order was placed. Existing job quotes will be honored through their stated expiration dates.
