Guidelines for Approved Mastics When Installing Polyglass Polystick Underlayments in Florida
To ensure long-term system performance, Polyglass provides the following guidelines regarding the use of approved mastics with Polystick underlayments in steep-slope applications. Polyglass mandates that one of the approved mastics must be used for all applicable detailing areas, including but not limited to end laps, penetrations and flashings to guarantee a warranted installation.

PG 500 – Modified Flashing Cement
PolyPlus® 50 – Premium Modified Wet/Dry Flashing Cement
PG 500 or PolyPlus 50 are the required mastics on all Polyglass steep-slope underlayment projects, including Polystick TU Plus and Polystick TU Max installation systems.
